These apartments are excellent value for money in a quieter area of Alpe d'Huez with spacious living areas, balconies and panoramic views south over the Massif de l'Oisans. The residence is just 150m from the nearest ski lifts and you can ski right back to your accommodation after a day on the slopes.

These apartments are approximately 23m² in size and accommodate up to 4 people. There is a cabin area with bunk beds and the living area sleeps 2 people with 2 single sofa beds.

The kitchen area is well equipped with 2-4 hotplates, a refrigerator, oven and dishwasher, there is also a shower room, a separate toilet, television, vacuum cleaner and a balcony with excellent views of the mountainside surrounding the residence.

These apartments, approximately 28m², accommodate up to six people with an alcove that sleeps two in a set of bunk beds, a mezzanine with single beds, and a living area that sleeps two with two single sofa beds, one of which is a pull-out bed (ideal for children).

This 1 Bedroom Alcove Apartment accommodates up to 4 people with an approximate area of 26m². The bedroom sleeps 2 with either a double bed or 2 single beds, there is a separate alcove area that sleeps 1 person with a raised bed and the living area sleeps 1 person with a single sofa bed.

  • Good clean relatively (for ski resorts) spacious apartment. Mezzanine level is surprisingly big with room for 2 single beds, 1 wardrobe and adequate floor space for bags and moving around. Kitchen had inadequate pots/pans, but new ones were provided within an hour of mentioning it to reception. Lockers are small - can just about fit in 6 pairs of skis & poles, but you'd struggle if there were snowboarders. No space for boots, which need to be kept in the apartment. 5 Minute walk to the very slow Bergers chairlift to the main resort, which you need to use at start and end of the day. You can't ski back to the apartment from the main slopes, only the end of the Bergers chair lift.

  • These apartments are great for either a family holiday or for a group of young people. They are practical and in a nice quiet location in the resort. The ski lifts were only five minutes walk away too!

Location

Located around 100m from the nearest ski lifts and an approximately 15 minute walk from the town centre of Alpe d'Huez in the quiet Hameau de l'Eclose.

Directions

Climbing the mountain up to Alpe d'huez, follow signs to the centre Station, take a right onto Avenue de l'Eclose and continue towards the end before heading through the tunnel on to Quarter de l'Eclose. Continue towards the end of where you'll see a car park and Résidence Horizons d'Huez.

Reception is at the residence Pierre & Vacances L'Ours Blanc located in the centre of the resort.

Weekly Stay (7+ nights)
- From 5pm until reception close (see reception hours information).

Short Stay (2-6 days)
- From 4pm until reception close (see reception hours information).

It is the guest's responsibility to arrive between the hours of check-in. In the case of late arrival, guests must notify the property reception on the telephone number provided, otherwise access to the apartment cannot be guaranteed.

Security deposit of €200 to be paid at check-in.

On arrival, if there are any issues with cleanliness these should be reported to the Residence Manager immediately.

Pets are permitted on the premises, upon presentation of a rabies certificate. There is a fee of €65 per animal per week (€10 per pet/per night).
