These comfortable apartments are ideally located right on the piste in Les Menuires and a short slide from the Bruyeres ski lifts in the Balcon Des Bruyeres part of town.

At only 100m from the nearest shops and bars, this is a conveniently located property with access to a wider range of amenities offered by Les Menuires in the Croisette part of town.

The apartments are spacious and well equipped for an excellent ski holiday in the French Alps.

Approximately 25m², each apartment has a well fitted kitchen with 4 hot plates, a refrigerator, mini oven, and dish washer. There is a balcony, and television in all apartments and a shower room or bathroom with toilet.

The living area sleeps 2 with a single sofa bed and a pull out bed and the bedrooms sleeps 2 with a double bed or 2 singles.

The living area sleeps 2 with a single sofa bed and a single pull out bed and there are 3 bedrooms with 2 single beds or 2 bedrooms with a double bed and 1 bedroom with 2 single beds. These apartments also have an additional bathroom or shower room and the toilet is sometimes separated from the bathrooms.

Please note that some apartments may be duplex or have a mezzanine level.

Location

Located right next to the Bruyeres ski lifts in the Balcon Des Bruyeres part of town a short walk from the shops at Les Bruyeres and slightly further from La Croisette at the centre of Les Menuires.

Directions

When you reach Les Menuires, continue forward following signs to the Rebery part of town. Pass the main lifts and the Gare Routier then take the right fork just before the bridge sign posted Les Bruyeres, continue on folowing signs to Balcons des Bruyeres where your accomodation is located.

Policies

Check in

Long stay (Saturday - Saturday): Check in opens at 5pm until reception closes (check reception hours)

Short stay (2-6 days mid-week arrival): Check in is available from 2 pm until the close of reception (check reception hours)

It is the guest's responsibility to arrive between the hours of check-in. In the case of late arrival, guests must notify the property reception on the telephone number provided, otherwise access to the apartment cannot be guaranteed.

Refundable Security deposit of €200 to €500 to be paid at check-in.

On arrival, if there are any issues with cleanliness these should be reported to the Residence Manager immediately.

Short Stay (2-6 days + mid-week arrival): Check out before 12pm*

*For short stays, the apartment may be kept until 5pm, subject to availability, confirm with reception.

Please note that reception hours are subject to change by the residence, so guests are advised to contact reception in advance of their stay with an estimated time of arrival.

Pet information

Pets are allowed for approximately €70 per pet/per week (€11 per pet/per night) upon presentation of an anti-rabies certificate.

Children policies

Children's equipment is available on request at the reception at a cost of approximately €40, or €30 for a short stay of 1 to 6 nights, and it is intended for children up to the age of 2:
- Travel cot with fitted sheet (mattress not provided)
- Highchair (for children aged 6 months and over)
- Pushchair (for children aged 6 months and over)
- Changing mat

Guests can also request to borrow bed barriers, stair barriers and plug protectors at no extra cost. Children under the age of 6 must not sleep on upper bunks.
