For a fast lunch on the mountain, Les Carlines (+33 (0)6 08 46 94 05; le-paradis-des-sybelles.com) , located 2,230m up at the summit of the Tête de Bellard and accessed via the Bellard lift, offers self-service but still serves up some scrummy Savoyard specialities. La Grange (+33 (0)4 79 83 00 62), located on the ‘route des Champions; towards neighbouring Le Corbier, offers traditional home cooking, as does Chalet Le Foehn (+33 (0)4 79 56 72 16) accessed by the Gorges chairlift.
